10/6/2023 0 Comments Refund diablo 2 resurrected![]() Many foreign players use the hashtag #RefundD2R (Refund D2R) on Twitter to initiate discussions and put pressure on Blizzard. ![]() Many players asked Blizzard for refunds, but they were rejected by Blizzard. ![]() Such problems have continued to occur frequently in the past week. Redditor said that even though the game’s issues are annoying and unacceptable, Resurrected is still playable and that they are having fun playing it.According to the latest report, Diablo 2: Resurrected frequently experienced server outages and authentication problems in the days after its release. While some people are not happy with how Blizzard handled this situation, there are some who are still on the company’s side. That is why they understand why some players ask for refunds because these are reasonable requests. Redditor said that the company flagging the game’s major issues and telling people that they are just minor problems is really the main issue. Redditor said that they’ve seen a lot of failed refund attempts back then, but this case is just so intense.Īnother Redditor chimed in that Blizzard should not worry about people asking for refunds, but rather, the company should be worried that people will not buy their future releases anymore. The people who saw post were surprised, to say the least. In response, Blizzard responded that the Redditor’s continued appeal of their decision to not issue a refund may result in severe penalties to their account, which includes account termination. By the looks of it, their initial request for a refund was turned down, which prompted to file more tickets. The Redditor posted some proof that they were not joking. They explained that they made the original ticket by highlighting the problems that have led them to ask for a refund, such as constant disconnections, progress rollback, and the infinite amount of time they had to wait to get inside the game. Redditor said that it is considered an offense now if you try to reopen your original ticket about two to three times. ![]() Apparently, the company is not giving any refunds and those who continue to pester Blizzard about it may likely get their accounts terminated. Unsurprisingly, some players have had enough and are asking for their money back. ![]() However, with the constant issues still affecting the remaster, many people have grown frustrated by Blizzard’s rather slow response to fix them. ![]()
